Efficiency Apartment for Rent

Our units for rent on 132 Oak St. have a combination of floor plans: one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, junior one-bedrooms and efficiencies/studios or as we call them, Jr. one-bedrooms with utilities included. These apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, stove and microwaves. They include beautifully redecorated restrooms with toilet and shower combinations. All apartment units include cable, phone, and internet hook-ups for tenants to put in their own name. Gas, water and electric are included.


All units are cable, internet and phone ready. All bills paid for rent except phone and cable. This building also has a 24/7 limited acess laundry room for added convenience.



Our cozy apartments feature beautifully refinished antique oak hardwood floors. Some have been redecorated and include ceramic or LVT tile. Kitchens are all upgraded with new gas ranges. Most refrigerators have ice-makers and all units have microwaves. We have other units redecorated with custom oak cabinets and countertops.
